It operates at a temperature of 5 K and at a base pressure of 10^-8 Pa. Using this microscope, I have examined the mechanical behavior of graphene nanomembranes under the influence of tip-induced forces. Two types of behavior were found, which can be explained using a model including electrostatic and van-der-Waals forces.</dc:description><dc:source>Aachen : Publikationsserver der RWTH Aachen University 80, XVI S. : Ill., graph.
