SFB 1120: Bauteilpräzision durch Beherrschung von Schmelze und Erstarrung in Produktionsprozessen

Note: In diesem Teilprojekt werden durch partielle metallurgische Beeinflussung mit Low Transformation Temperature (LTT) Schweißgütern gezielt Druckspannungen erzeugt. Dies erfolgt durch eine lokale Volumenausdehnung iniziiert durch verzögerte martensitische Phasenumwandlung bei reduzierter Temperatur. Der Fokus liegt auf der Verzugskompensation durch die Prozessbeherrschung der martensitischen Phasenumwandlung zur gezielten thermischen Dehnungskontrolle im Strahlschweißprozess. Hierzu wird ein Simulationsmodell entwickelt und zur Prädiktion von Eigenspannungen herangezogen.
