SFB 1120: Bauteilpräzision durch Beherrschung von Schmelze und Erstarrung in Produktionsprozessen

Note: Die Beherrschung des Schmelzprozesses auf der Schneidfront und des Erstarrungsprozesses auf den Schneidflanken soll in der dritten Phase konkret durch Rückführung von den Teilprozessen zuzuordnenden Sensorsignalen auf Stellgrößen der Laserstrahlung und der Schneidgasströmung erfolgen, um damit eine Dämpfung von Instabilitäten und eine präzise Schnittflankenformung zu gewährleisten. Speziell werden die in Phase 2 gefundenen Erkenntnisse über die stabilisierende Wirkung akustischer Resonanzen in der Schneidfuge genutzt, um durch Anpassung der Düsen-/Fugenimpedanz eine Erhöhung des Strömungswirkungsgrades und einer Verbesserung der Strömungsstabilität zu erreichen.
