⇧ SFB 1120: Bauteilpräzision durch Beherrschung von Schmelze und Erstarrung in Produktionsprozessen ⇧

Note: Ziel des Teilprojekts ist die präzise Auslegung thermisch gespritzter Heizschichtsysteme zur Beherrschung schmelzbasierter Fertigungsprozesse. In der vorherigen Phase konnte die Eignung von thermisch gespritzten Beschichtungen zur Beeinflussung der Werkzeugoberflächentemperatur in Gießprozessen aufgezeigt und das Prozessverständnis zur Herstellung dieser gesteigert werden. Darauf aufbauend soll nun eine Inline-Temperaturregelung durch die temperaturabhängigen Eigenschaften der flächigen Heizelemente entwickelt werden. Die Erkenntnisse über thermomechanische Eigenschaften und Prozessparameter aus der vorherigen und zukünftigen Phase werden in Prädiktionsmodelle für die maßgeblichen Eigenschaften überführt.
