⇧ SFB 1120: Bauteilpräzision durch Beherrschung von Schmelze und Erstarrung in Produktionsprozessen ⇧

Note: Das Ziel der Minimierung des Bauteilverzuges durch die Optimierung der finalen Gefügestruktur mittels der selbstkonsistenten iterativen Mehrskalensimulation soll durch drei Teilschritte in TP B04 erreicht werden. Die Integration der XNS-Füllsimulation ermöglicht eine präzisere Berechnung der Eingangsdaten der Mehrskalensimulation. Darüber hinaus werden die finalen Eigenspannungen im Bauteil durch die Berücksichtigung der Änderung der mechanischen Eigenschaften durch Nachkristallisation präzisiert werden. Die daraus folgende präzise Verzugsvorhersage wird zur Optimierung der Gefügestruktur durch die Optimierung der thermischen Randbedingungen verwendet.
