SFB 1120: Bauteilpräzision durch Beherrschung von Schmelze und Erstarrung in Produktionsprozessen

Note: Das Arbeitsprogramm des TP B05 hat drei übergeordnete Arbeitspakete. Im ersten übergeordneten Arbeitspaket „Vorbereitung für die Lösung inverser Probleme“ werden zum einen die Prozessparameter und Zielfunktionale bestimmt, um im Anschluss die Simulation in eine iterative Auslegungsschleife zu integrieren. Im zweiten übergeordneten Arbeitspaket werden mit Hilfe der inversen Simulation ausgewählte Spritzgießprozesse optimiert und ausgelegt. Das dritte Arbeitspaket besteht aus der weiteren Verbesserung der Genauigkeit der Phasengrenzsimulation durch Raum-Zeit Gitter und der Erweiterung auf zusätzliche Anwendungsfelder.
