⇧ SFB 1120: Bauteilpräzision durch Beherrschung von Schmelze und Erstarrung in Produktionsprozessen ⇧

Note: In der dritten Phase des Teilprojektes stehen die Beherrschung des Verzugs und der Heißrissneigung und die Übertragung der hierfür erarbeiteten Kompensationsstrategien auf praxisnahe komplexe Gussteile und Prozesse im Vordergrund. Dieser Übertrag führt zu weiteren komplex wechselwirkenden Randbedingungen, wie der Interaktion der thermischen und geometrischen Beeinflussung. Mit den hieraus erarbeiteten Kompensationsmethoden wird es ermöglicht zum Ende der dritten Phase den Bauteilverzug und die Heißrissneigung im Kokillen- sowie Druckgussprozess quantifizierbar zu steuern und somit zu kompensieren.
