abstract = {The main objective of this research was to develop
resource-efficient constructions with a focus placed on
connection details. For this purpose, a method that can be
used to rate the resource-efficiency of connection details
independently of the building was developed. This method
provides a user-independent rating of the construction
details, resulting in a percent value of how much can be
recycled. The evaluation within this thesis was done in
relation to the mass as well as the volume of the
constructions. In addition, it was shown that the procedure
can be transferred to other evaluation variables, such as
monetary values. The evaluation procedure was then
transferred into a software solution, which can serve as a
starting point for a tool for planners. The rating procedure
was applied to existing standard details by using the
developed software. The output of the rating was used to
identify and quantify optimization potentials within the
standardized details. The results of the individual
assessments were empirically evaluated and assessed. Based
on the findings, the best evaluated details for each
junction were selected and further developed on the basis of
the identified optimization potentials. An increase in
recyclability of approx. 10 $\%$ was achieved using this
procedure. In addition, further possibilities to increase
the recyclability through consistent further development of
the designs were shown. Lastly, completely new constructions
were developed for those details that could not be optimized
just by altering the standardized details. As an example,
the deconstructable connection of a precast balcony was
presented in an excursus chapter. A prototype was subjected
to an initial series of tests on its practical suitability
and static load-bearing capacity, which allows positive
forecasts for the feasibility of such a construction. As a
conclusion, it can be said that with the help of the
                      presented, software-supported evaluation methodology, an
efficient and target-oriented improvement of construction
details with regard to recyclability was made possible.},
