Kurzfassung
In der Dissertation wird eine Methodik zur Identifizierung und Bearbeitung von Innovationspotenzialen durch die Analyse von Produktnutzungsinformationen vorgestellt. Hierzu wird die Produktnutzung strukturiert modelliert und Entwicklungsannahmen als Nutzungshypothese formuliert. Aus der Überprüfung der Nutzungshypothese anhand aufgenommener Produktnutzungsinformationen lassen sich Innovationspotenziale ableiten, welche durch Bearbeitungsempfehlungen effizient erschlossen werden können.The dissertation presents a methodology for identifying and processing innovation potentials by analyzing product usage information. For this purpose, product usage is modeled in a structured way and development assumptions are formulated as usage hypothesis. From the examination of the utilization hypothesis on the basis of recorded product utilization information, innovation potentials can be derived, which can be efficiently developed by processing recommendations.
