AB  - This work primarily focuses on epitaxial growth of high-quality single-layer graphene and graphene-related stacked layer systems with unconventional orientations. The study emphasizes determining the vertical structures and layer distances to understand coupling and interactions between the atomic layers in such stacked systems. Additionally, a portion of the work explores Sr-doped Bi2Se3 crystal, aiming to pinpoint the Sr dopant's location within the crystal, utilizing the normal-incidence x-ray standing wave (NIXSW) technique. The research employs further analytical methods, such as XPS, LEED, and ARPES, to characterize the chemical and electronic properties of these materials.
