Note: Elektrisch, vernetzt und automatisiert. Die Transformation des Straßenverkehres will aktiv gestaltet werden und durch Innovationen zur Steigerung von Sicherheit und Effizienz für alle Verkehrsteilnehmenden beitragen. Ziel des Verbundprojektes AUTOtech.agil ist die Schaffung einer offenen Software- und Elektrik/Elektronik-Architektur für das Mobilitätssystem der Zukunft. Dabei liegt der besondere Fokus auf der Standardisierung von Schnittstellen sowie der Modularisierung mit dem Ziel der Mehrfachverwendung, Aktualisierbarkeit und Erweiterbarkeit einzelner funktionaler Bausteine. Durch dieses Baukastenprinzip aller notwendigen Software- und Hardware-Elemente für Fahrzeuge aller Art können in der Forschung, Entwicklung, Produktion und vor allem in der Nutzungsphase leicht Ergänzungen und Erweiterungen umgesetzt werden. Die im Vorgängerprojekt UNICARagil erforschte und entwickelte Architektur für fahrerlose Fahrzeuge, erfährt eine Erweiterung auf das gesamte Verkehrssystem vor allem in den Bereichen Software und Werkzeuge zur Softwareentwicklung. Auch infrastrukturbasierte Sensorik und kooperative Konzepte mit Leitwarten und Clouds werden vertiefend erforscht. Anhand dreier exemplarischer Anwendungen werden die Konzepte mit gesellschaftlichem Mehrwert demonstriert und umgesetzt: Mobilität für Menschen mit alters- oder krankheitsbedingten Leistungseinschränkungen; den nachhaltigen Transport von kritischen Gütern wie beispielsweise Medikamenten; eine „Schutzengel-Funktion“ für mehr Sicherheit von verletzlichen Verkehrsteilnehmenden, die beispielweise zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sind. Ein erfolgreiches Erreichen des Projektzieles ist nur durch eine interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit führender Partner aus Forschung mit 17 Lehrstühlen an neun Universitäten und Industrie mit drei KMU und neun Unternehmen auf dem Gebiet des automatisierten und vernetzten Fahrens möglich.
