Thus, pre-alloyed powders are limited for the development of new alloys for Laser Powder Bed Fusion. A new approach is to generate the desiredchemical composition by powder blending and thus beeing able to produce and test new alloys fast and flexible. In the present work, the processability of powder blends isinvestigated in comparison to pre-alloyed powder.
