AB  - Variothermal machine concepts for continuous, thermal nanoimprintlithography-machines can be mainly found in the research-sector. The goal of this thesis is to demonstrate the transfer of variothermal processing to the continuous roll-to-roll production process. For this purpose, a machine-module is build up, the temperature on the embossing drum is experimentally and theoretically analyzed and the result are transferred to a pilot-production.
