abstract = {The state of the art requires fine machining in which a
constant process force of the tool is set. A change in the
contact zone during tool engagement is not considered. This
leads to an inhomogeneous grinding profile. This issue is
addressed by a variable force control process. Additionally,
vibration support is superimposed on the process so that the
oscillation prevents the occurrence of kinematically induced
