Note: In the race for AI, the bottleneck is rarely ideas. It is access to computing power, expertise, and trusted pathways from research to deployment. As demand for AI grows across industry and the public sector, the gap between promise and practice has become harder to ignore. With this in mind, the EU-backed JAIF project aims to build around JUPITER, Europe’s first exascale supercomputer. The JUPITER AI Factory is designed as a one-stop hub for start-ups, small businesses, researchers, and public institutions. By pairing world-class high-performance computing with hands-on support and a focus on trustworthy, GDPR-compliant AI, JAIF seeks to turn Europe’s raw computing muscle into usable, real-world innovation, at speed and at scale.
