⇧ SFB 1120: Bauteilpräzision durch Beherrschung von Schmelze und Erstarrung in Produktionsprozessen ⇧

Note: In der dritten Phase des SFB werden bisherige Ergebnisse, also (1) Simulationsansätze zur Verzug-kompensation, (2) Materialmodelle zur präzisen Modellierung und (3) Methoden zur effizienten Simulation gekoppelt und funktional erweitert. Primärer Fokus liegt auf adjungierten Methoden einerseits und neuartigen Optimierungsansätzen aus dem Bereich maschinellen Lernens andererseits, die die Effizienz steigen. Abschließend liegt der Fokus auf der Suche nach robusten Optima, welche auch Chargenschwankungen o.ä. standhalten. Kombiniert mit verfeinerten Randbedingungen aus Ergebnissen kooperierender Projekte werden sowohl die Qualität als auch die Zuverlässigkeit der Auslegung gesteigert.
