TRR 129: Oxyflame - Entwicklung von Methoden und Modellen zur Beschreibung der Reaktion fester Brennstoffe in einer Oxyfuel-Atmosphäre

Note: Das zentrale Projekt C2 verfolgt das übergeordnete Ziel, ein Gesamtmodell für die Simulation und Analyse der Oxy-Fuel-Verbrennung pulverisierter Festbrennstoffe in Brennkammern unterschiedlicher Größe zu entwickeln. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt ist die Übertragung und Kopplung der Teilmodelle, die in den einzelnen Projekten entwickelt und validiert werden. In der dritten Förderperiode wird die kontinuierliche Integration der Teilmodelle und die Arbeit an dem umfassenden Gesamtmodel in der CFD-Bibliothek OpenFOAM unter Berücksichtigung zweier neuer Aspekte fortgesetzt: Biomasse als fester Brennstoff und Skalierung auf einen Reaktor im halbindustriellen Maßstab.
