⇧ SFB 1382: Die Darm-Leber Achse – Funktionelle Zusammenhänge und therapeutische Strategien ⇧

Note: Eine Störung der Darmbarriere und Immundysfunktion tragen bei Patienten mit Leberzirrhose zur bakteriellen Translokation bei und fördern Inflammation, Infektionen und Organversagen. Peritoneale Immunzellen sind wiederholt bakteriellen Produkten ausgesetzt, und deren Aktivierung korreliert mit Komplikationen der Leberzirrhose. Projekt B07 wird Aspekte der Dysfunktion des peritonealen Immunsystems im Rahmen der bakteriellen Translokation entschlüsseln und die Auswirkungen der verkapselten fäkalen Mikrobiota-Transplantation (eFMT) auf Darmmikrobiota, Darmbarriere und den peritonealen Immunstatus bei Patienten mit Leberzirrhose untersuchen.
