Kurzfassung

Vorbemerkung
Auf dieser Web-Seite werden Daten der Allgemeinheit zur Verfügung gestellt, die in verschiedenen wissenschaftlichen Untersuchungen von mir verwendet wurden. Ziel hierbei ist es, den Vergleich verschiedener Methodiken zu ermöglichen, in dem andere Forschergruppen mit gleichen Daten arbeiten können. Da die Zusammenstellung bzw. Aufnahme der Daten teilweise sehr aufwändig war, werden diese ausschließlich einer nicht-kommerziellen Nutzung zugänglich gemacht, wenn in allen Publikationen auf die Quelle der Daten hingewiesen wird.

Beschreibung
Dieser Datensatz enthält Bildausschnitte aus Mammographien, die aus den DDSM, MIAS, LLNL und RWTH Datensätzen zusammengefasst wurden (Proc SPIE 2008; 6915: 1Y1-1Y9). Gemäß den in den Referenzen enthaltenen Annotationen wurden Bildausschnitte (Patches), einer Größe von 128 x 128 Pixel extrahiert. Die Klassendefinitionen sind tabellarisch aufgeführt. Die beiden benutzen Experimentkonfigurationen sehen wie folgt aus:

12er_Patches enthält 2796 Patches aus 12 Klassen mit je 233 Bildern
20er_Patches enthält 880 Patches aus 20 Klassen mit je 44 Bildern

Description
This collection contains patches from screening mammography. Mammographic images have composed from the DDSM, MIAS, LLNL, and RWTH databases (Proc SPIE 2008; 6915: 1Y1-1Y9). According to metadata annotations, patches are extracted and resized to 128 x 128 pixel. The class definition is presented in a table. In our experiments, we used two configurations:

12er_patches contains 2796 patches of 12 classes, each with 233 images
20er_patches contaions 880 patches of 20 classes, each with 44 images
