⇧ SFB 1083: Struktur und Dynamik innerer Grenzflächen ⇧

Note: Im Rahmen dieses Projekts werden kontrolliert verdrehte innere Grenzflächen von graphenartigen 2D Materialien untersucht. Neben der Epitaxie und der Exfoliation kommt zur Herstellung insbesondere die Synthese mit Hilfe der Grenzflächenchemie zum Einsatz. Die so hergestellten Nanographene werden mit Hilfe einer STM/AFM-Spitze rotiert und kontrolliert auf dem Substrat ausgerichtet. In Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerprojekten wird der Einfluss der verdrehten inneren Grenzflächen auf den Ladungstransfer und den lateralen Stromtransport studiert.
